I was in DC with my Family for our Son grad. It Started with a bit of an issue. Afterwards I have seen a supremacy in customer service like never before that you would not see similar standards in nowadays hotel industry. The Hotel GM Mr. Dewayne Wright himself intervened to ensure my experience at Riggs Is unmatchable and he succeeded on this along with his Team. You would notice a niche service from the moment you drop your car until you leave. Mr. Wright and Riggs Team, You have given us an unforgettable time and definatly Riggs will be our always destination at DC. Thank you from all of us

Conrad Washington DC is situated in downtown Washington DC. The property is located 2 blocks from Washington Convention Center, Capital One Arena, and two main metro stops, Metro Center and Gallery... Very friendly and inviting staff who always went out of their way to make you feel welcome and listened to. Very roomy and clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Ever. Amenities were great, restaurant and bar was exceptional.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, The Poppy Georgetown Guesthouse and Gardens is set in Washington, 700 metres from The Capitol. Before we even arrived, communication from Nico exceeded all expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view over the garden. There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.
