The Granville Hotel in Waterford overlooks the River Suir and is a 5-minute walk from St Patrick’s Cathedral. It offers free internet access and, an award-winning restaurant. Historical building with a very interesting history. Take some time to explore the place. The room was very spacious which was lovely. Everything was spotless. Location wise the hotel was very central, great to explore the city though one needs to be mindful that some rooms are facing the main road so if you are a light sleeper you will hear the buzz of the town. The breakfast was outstanding, very fresh and loads of different (also healthy) options. Really lovely surprise. Also very helpful staff with regard to parking. Ask for their advice if stuck. Faithlegg House Hotel is located on the River Suir Estuary, 5 miles from Waterford Airport. Breakfast was excellent and far exceed other hotels in Wexford and Enniscorthy.

A haven of relaxation, this contemporary hotel and leisure centre is located on the outskirts of Waterford city centre and just 15 minutes away from Waterford Airport. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Live music at the bar, lovely ,breakfast in the morning,and a comfortable stay. Holly at the front desk is a gem.
