Es un apartamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado junto al río Shannon., en el condado de Offaly. era nuestra tercera vez en Irlanda y queríamos recorrer durante el mes de julio, el centro que no conocíamos.

The staff were very polite and the room spacious and elegant. The position was first rate with the castle at one end of the street, a church at the other and lovely Georgian houses in between. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. There was also plentiful safe free parking on the street outside. A walk in the castle grounds is recommended.

El lugar tiene un encanto especial. La atención y cercanía de la dueña son excepcionales. Tener un espacio (salón/conservatory) para nuestro uso nos permitió cerrar cada día compartiendo un momento en familia con partida de cartas incluida.

La habitacion era muy comoda, con una cama amplia y una ducha que funcionaba muy bien (solemos ser bastante exigentes con esto y cumplió de sobra las expectativas). Los caseros fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotras, nos prepararon un desayuno delicioso y una tarta de limón exquisita. Creo que hay que señalar que la mermelada era casera y la miel del vecino, por lo que productos de proximidad 100%, sin duda un alojamiento muy pero que muy recomendable.

When we arrived, the host gave us a lift to the distillery. Upon return, he also directed us to a very nice place for an excellent evening meal. Breakfast was wonderfully presented. We would highly recommend to anyone.
