The room was always clean and they have a magnificent check in process (very fast). The location of the hotel it is wonderful it's near to the main thing to do in Chicago.

Location was perfect for exploring central Chicago on foot. Close to tours and sightseeing. Concierge was very helpful with maps and information when we first arrived.
