The stuff was very helpful. The location is great. But the real reason we stayed here was absolutely beautiful historical building.

I love this hotel. The location is ideal because it is just a bit out of they way from the craziness of the Magnificent Mile but still within a walkable distance. Staff is kind and helpful and the neighborhood is full of eateries and good vibes.

Stylish and comfortable but also a warm welcome and a hospitable feeling. The room was quiet which was a bonus as not always the case.

Rooms are large with heigh ceilings wonderful bathrooms and ample storage space. Cannot fault the hotel from start to finish.

Located in the heart of the city, Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown – The Loop is conveniently located near several of the city’s social and cultural landmarks. The room was a lot bigger than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and clean. Location is great, it was great to be able to walk around downtown and explore the area.

Situated in Chicago’s famed Theatre District, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago is within 10 minutes' walk of State Street shopping and the Art Institute of Chicago. Very clean and the rooms are larger than we thought. It is central to all attractions and the staff were friendly and helpful
