Very clean, all facilities are new and good. Close to the train station and agora ruins, it takes only 18 mins to walk to the clock tower. Nearby there are a lot restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient.

The staff was nice. I even got helps before I got there. Seyda helped me organizing the driver, Ali, to have the private trips to Ephesus and the rest of 7 churches (Pergamon, Thyatira, Philadelphia and Sardis). Ali, the recommended driver, could take you to authentic places to eat the local food. He was nice, generous (providing snacks on the way) and funny. Soner helped us to get a ride to the airport on the check out day. We were taken care well. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Ufuk, the owner, made sure we got all we needed. There were some bakeries around to get fresh breads for breakfast, drug stores and mini markets to get snacks. The hotel also provided free coffee, teas in their lounge.

The hotel location is really good, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and similar if you want to catch the bus. We stayed in Izmir as a base location for our day trips, so it was perfect location. The hotel is clean, the staff is Friendly, warm and welcoming. Have no reason to complain.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable room and bathroom. Friendly and very attentive stuff. The hotel is spotless. I appreciated the free bottles of water although there is a chargable mini bar in the room.
